Voting in Person: Both Precinct 1 (West Ottawa School District) and Precinct 2. Inspectors work at one of our 11 precincts or our Absentee Counting Board and training is provided. But you must fill out the application each time if you want to receive a ballot. These are paid, seasonal positions that are available to any person who is registered to vote in MI and to students ages 16 & 17. Note: The Clerk's Office maintains a list of voters who wish to have applications for absentee (mail) ballots sent to them before each election cycle. You may bring your printed form in person, drop it in our drive-up drop box in front of Township Hall, email a clear photo or scan to or mail it to the Clerk's Office, 57900 Van Dyke, Washington, MI 48094 During election cycles, you can download a paper application, request a mailed paper application from the Clerk's Office or complete an application online. Any registered voter can request an absentee ballot (vote by mail ballot) by submitting a written application.
